'Illuminating Courage'was dedicated on November 11, 2015.

 It was designed by Kathy Swehla, Hazen Audel and the Land Expressions Team, and built in collaboration with 

Families of the Fallen, WA State Fallen Heroes Project, Spokane Arts, and the Public Facilities District. 

We wish to give special thanks to Ronald & Joyce Nelson, Mayor David Condon,

and all who contributed their time, money and support to make this project possible.
